By accessing or using Dilemma ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Dilemma is operated by GrowWeb IT Company. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.
2. Intellectual Property
Dilemma and all its components — including but not limited to source code, design, algorithms, AI models, and content — are the exclusive intellectual property of GrowWeb IT Company.
⚠️ The source code of Dilemma is proprietary and confidential. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of any part of this platform without express written permission from GrowWeb IT Company is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
3. Permitted Use
You may use Dilemma to:
- ✓ Create decision rooms for personal or professional use
- ✓ Share room links with participants
- ✓ Use AI resolution for legitimate decision-making
You may not:
- ✗ Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the Platform
- ✗ Use the Platform for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
- ✗ Attempt to circumvent security measures
- ✗ Resell or sublicense access to the Platform
4. Service Availability
Dilemma is provided "as is" on a free tier basis. GrowWeb IT Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We are not liable for any interruption of service.
5. Limitation of Liability
GrowWeb IT Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Dilemma. AI-generated decisions are advisory only — you retain full responsibility for all decisions made using the Platform.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to GrowWeb IT Company's jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
